Four to six weeks from kickoff to launch for Essential and Brand projects. Six to ten weeks for Elite, depending on scope. Discovery is in the first one to two days, design and build run through the middle, and we ship after two review rounds.
We take on a small number of projects each quarter to keep our standards high. We're currently booking from July 2026. The sooner we have a discovery call, the sooner we can hold a slot for you.
You bring your brand assets if you have them — logos, photography, existing copy — and clear answers during discovery. We handle design, build, copywriting structure, English/Spanish/German translation, technical setup, and launch. If you need photography or a logo from scratch, we can arrange that as an add-on.
Two rounds of revisions are included before launch. After launch, ongoing changes are handled through the care plan — typically two content updates per month, plus quick fixes. Larger changes (new pages, new features) are quoted separately.
Everything needed to launch a working multilingual website: design, build, English/Spanish/German content, SEO setup, Google Business profile, free first-year domain, and hosting setup. No hidden costs, no surprise invoices.
A 50% deposit confirms your slot. The remaining 50% is due on launch. For Elite projects, we split into three: 40% deposit, 30% at design sign-off, 30% on launch. All prices exclude IVA where applicable.
Websites need maintenance — security updates, hosting, performance monitoring, and the small content changes every business needs (new menu, new property, new opening hours). The care plan covers all of that for a fixed monthly fee, so your site stays fast, secure, and current without ad-hoc invoices. It's optional, but most clients keep it because it's cheaper than fixing problems later.
Yes, with 30 days' notice. You keep your website, your domain, and all your content. We'll hand over everything you need to take it elsewhere.
You do. The design, the code, the domain, and the content are yours. If you ever decide to work with someone else, you take everything with you — no lock-in, no hostage situations.
Our focus is Mallorca, particularly Port d'Andratx and the south-west coast — that's where we know the market best. We do take selected projects elsewhere in Spain and beyond when there's a strong fit.
Not always. Sometimes a refresh — better photography, sharper copy, faster performance — does more than a rebuild. The discovery call is where we figure out which one you actually need. We'll tell you honestly if a redesign isn't the right answer.
Care plan clients get priority response, typically within a few hours during business days. For urgent issues — site down, booking widget broken on a Saturday night — we move as fast as we can. We know your website is your storefront.
