CT Design is a United Kingdom limited company that provides web design and digital branding services to clients in Spain, including the Balearic Islands. This Legal Notice is published in compliance with the LSSI-CE because the Website is directed at the Spanish market.

2. Purpose of the Website

The Website is informational in nature. Its purpose is to present CT Design’s services, portfolio, pricing, and contact channels to prospective clients. Services contracted with CT Design are formalised through a separate written agreement and are not concluded directly through the Website.

3. Conditions of Use

By accessing the Website, you acquire the status of “User” and agree to use the Website in accordance with this Legal Notice, applicable law, good faith, and public order. You agree not to use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms.

The trade name “CT Design”, the domain ctdesign.tech, and any associated logos and visual identity elements are the exclusive property of Carter Tro Design Limited.

Users may view, print, and download content from the Website for their own personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use — including reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, or commercial exploitation — requires the prior written consent of CT Design.

Where the Website displays portfolio work produced for third-party clients, the underlying intellectual property in that work belongs to the relevant client or licensor. It is shown here for portfolio purposes only.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from the use of the Website shall, where the User is a consumer resident in Spain, be subject to the courts of the User’s place of residence in accordance with Spanish consumer protection law. In all other cases, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
